Refund & Return Policy
At Sundarini Naturals, we are committed to delivering fresh, high-quality organic products to your doorstep. As our products are perishable and handcrafted using traditional methods, we do not accept general return or refund requests once an order is confirmed. However, we’re happy to resolve any issues related to damaged, missing, or spoiled items under the following conditions:
1. Damaged Products
If your order arrives damaged, we will replace the affected product after verification.
How to report:

Order number

Image of the invoice

One photo of the outer packaging

Two clear photos of the damaged product

Unboxing video clearly showing the damage

Once verified, we will dispatch a replacement within 7 to 10 working days.
For orders with multiple items, only the damaged product will be replaced.
2. Missing Items
If any item is missing from your package, we will send the missing item after verifying the claim.
How to report:

Photo of the sealed package before opening

Two clear photos of all items received

Unboxing video showing package contents clearly

Refunds are not provided for missing items, but we will promptly re-send them upon confirmation.
3. Spoiled Products
Due to the natural, chemical-free nature of our products, some variation in color, texture, aroma, or taste is expected. This is not considered a defect.
However, if a product is genuinely spoiled, we will replace it after necessary checks.

We will review your concern and dispatch a replacement if the issue is validated.
4. Important Notes

Requests made after the 2-day window will not be eligible.

Claims without the required evidence (photos/video) will not be accepted.

We do not accept returns or refunds for reasons such as personal dislike of taste or appearance.

All complaints are acknowledged within 24–48 hours, and full support will be provided.
